# List items (`inventory_list_items`)

Items with their stock in total and per location, the moving-average cost and the value.

Items with what is in stock (in total and per location), the moving-average unit cost and the value. Search by SKU, name or an exact barcode; only those at a location; only those at or below their reorder point.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

Someone asks what is in stock, where, or what is running low.

`result`: items: each with its SKU, name, unit, stock, moving-average unit cost, value, currency, price, reorder point, low, archived and stock per location; and the total.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `not_found` | 404 | No location has that name. | Call inventory_locations, or add it with inventory_save_location. |
| `archived` | 409 | The item or location is archived. | Use another one, or name a location that is in use. |
