# List checklist tasks (`hr_tasks`)

Checklist tasks, soonest due first: open, overdue, done or all, for one person, one owner or a date.

Checklist tasks, soonest due first: open (default), overdue, done or all; for one person, one owner (person, manager, hr, it), or due on or before a date. Each names who does it: the person or their manager, with their work email.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

`result`: tasks: each with its task_id, title, owner and who does it (with their work email), the person, the due date and whether it is done; and the total.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `not_found` | 404 | No person of the business has that person_id or work email. | Find them with hr_list_people. |
| `invalid_input` | 400 | A date is not a date like 2026-10-01, or from is after to. | Fix the date. |
