Marks a checklist task done, or opens it again.

Mark a checklist task done, or open it again with done: false.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |

| `not_found` | 404 | No task has that task_id. | Find it with hr_tasks. |
| `already_done` | 409 | The task is done already. | Nothing to do. |
| `not_done` | 409 | The task is still open. | Nothing to reopen. |
