# Get a link to the hiring overview (`hiring_dashboard_link`)

A one-time link to hiring at a glance: each applicant's stage and next step, the tests and interviews waiting, and the open jobs.

A one-time link to hiring at a glance: every applicant's stage and next step, the tests and interviews waiting, and the open jobs (sealed applications show no name). Only when the person you work for asks to see it themselves: screen, move, test and invite with hiring's own tools first and answer from them, and offer a link when they would rather look through the pipeline, making it once they say yes. The page is made when it opens, from hiring's own reads as this key, so it shows only what this key may see: the same page as account_dashboard_link with area hiring. Its Settings let the person change the application limit, made as this key through hiring_setup_careers (this key's scope, approval rules and price apply). It opens once and keeps for an hour; an unopened link ends after 7 days. Free.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

## Use it when

The hiring manager asks to look through the pipeline themselves. Screen, move, test and invite with hiring's own tools first and answer from them; offer a link when they would rather look, and make it once they say yes.
