`result`: released: the rental id, and storage: the new total.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| `not_found` | 404 | The business rents no extra storage. | Nothing to remove. |
| `storage_in_use` | 409 | The files would no longer fit. | Delete some with files_delete first. |
