One read before you answer someone: the contact (or company) and what is open with them across Conecto: open deals, help desk tickets, unpaid invoices and open quotes (with the balance due per currency), documents waiting for their signature, their next meetings, the last email, chat and call, their newsletters, and where they first came from on the website. By contact_id, email or company_id (then its contacts' records too). Each list shows up to 5; each area's own tools have the rest. Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads.
