# Archive a company (`crm_archive_company`)

Hides a company from lists, searches, duplicates and exports; its people, deals and notes stay.

Hide a company from crm_find_companies, crm_search, duplicates and exports. Its people, deals and notes stay as they are, and crm_get_company still reads it (archived: true). Saving it again, even by name, does not bring it back; crm_restore_company does.

Price: $0.001 a call. A call that fails costs nothing.

## Use it when

A business closed or no longer matters, but what happened with it should stay.

`result`: The company, with archived: true. Saving it again, even by name, leaves it archived.

## Errors
