Close a fiscal year once its accounts and tax returns are final: nothing can be booked on or before its last day again, by any tool, invoice or unlock, and every earlier year is closed with it. It can't be undone; a correction found later is booked in the open year. Monthly work uses books_lock instead. Price: $0.001 a call.
