# Search everything (`account_search`)

One search across the business's files, table rows, help articles, CRM, emails, tickets, invoices, books, stock and tasks.

One search over what this account holds: what its files say (PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text), table rows, help center articles, CRM contacts, companies and deals, emails, tickets, quotes and invoices, book entries, stock items and project tasks. Every word must appear (any case); titles rank first, then the newest. Each result says which tool opens it. Narrow it with areas.

Price: Free up to 1,000,000 reads a month for the whole account, then $0.50 per 10,000 reads. A call that fails costs nothing.

`result`: Up to 50 matches, titles first and then the newest, each with its area, type, id, title, a snippet and the tool call that opens it, and more: true when there were further matches.

## Errors

| Code | Status | When | Fix |

| `invalid_input` | 400 | The query has no word of two letters or more, or an area is not one of the listed ones. | Send at least one word of two letters, and areas from the list in the input schema. |
