For example: "Quote Hotel Elbblick for 40 beech bistro chairs for the terrace at 320 euros each before VAT, 10% off for the volume, plus 150 for delivery." 2. **Send it** (`invoices_send`, $0.10): The next number, a PDF, and a page to pay it. For example: "Send the Elbblick invoice to Lukas Meyer with a short thank-you." 3. **Chase it** (`invoices_remind_overdue`, $0.02 per reminder sent): Reminders for what is overdue, longest first. The customer's copy never changes. - Reverse-charge invoices check the customer's VAT ID with the EU first. - German business invoices go out as Factur-X e-invoices from 2027. - Payments made online through your own Stripe account are recorded on their own. ## Questions ### Can AI create invoices? Yes. Your agent drafts the invoice from the order or the email, sends it, records the payment and chases it when it is late.
