# Hermes Agent

Send Hermes Agent one line. It reads SKILL.md, gets its own key and adds Conecto as one MCP server.

## Set it up

1. Send Hermes Agent the line above, in the terminal or any chat it answers.
2. It reads SKILL.md, signs up (or joins your account with a code from the account page) and adds Conecto as one MCP server with its key.
3. Start a new session, or run /reload-mcp in the one you have.

- Set up by hand, Hermes fills ${CONECTO_KEY} from ~/.hermes/.env when it connects, so the key stays out of config.yaml.
- For Conecto's instructions as a skill, run hermes skills install https://conecto.chat/SKILL.md.
- Talk to it from Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp or Signal through the gateway, and the same servers answer there.

Or set it up by hand, with a key from the account page (~/.hermes/config.yaml):

## Then ask

Each request is one tool call.

- "Who called yesterday, and did we miss anyone?" (`phone_list_calls`, free)
- "Remind everyone whose invoice is more than a week late, and tell me who you could not reach." (`invoices_remind_overdue`, $0.02 per reminder sent)

Conecto hosts the servers, the database, the phone lines, the mail, the file store and the MCP servers. Your agent only needs the address.
