# Cursor

Cursor reads Conecto from mcp.json: one remote server for every area, with your key in a header.

## Set it up

1. Get a key: the owner makes one on the account page (AI apps, Cursor), or your agent signs up with one call (see SKILL.md).
2. Add the server to .cursor/mcp.json in the project, or to the global mcp.json.
3. Open Customize, MCP, and check that the server shows its tools.

- Cursor reads ${env:NAME} in mcp.json, so the key can stay in an environment variable.

## MCP address

One for all 52 areas: https://api.conecto.chat/v1/mcp. The key decides which ones Cursor may use.

## Then ask

Each request is one tool call.

- "Paul Hoffmann called: the Tabor gravel bike we shipped him arrived with a scratch on the top tube. Open a high-priority ticket with order 2231 on it." (`ticket_create`, $0.01)
- "Tell the workshop in Slack that the Alder Street Hotel just ordered 8 guest bikes for December 1." (`notify_send`, $0.005 per channel reached)

Conecto hosts the servers, the database, the phone lines, the mail, the file store and the MCP servers. Your agent only needs the address.
