# ChatGPT

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu take Conecto as a custom MCP server. You add one address, tick the areas when you sign in, and pick it with @ in a chat.

In ChatGPT: chatgpt.com/plugins > + > Add custom MCP server.

## Set it up

1. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins.
2. Select the + button, then Add custom MCP server.
3. Enter a name and a description, and under Connection paste the address below.
4. Keep OAuth as the sign-in, review the warning and select "I understand and want to continue", then "Create as a plugin".
5. Sign in to Conecto, tick the areas ChatGPT may use and allow it. Review the tools, then install the plugin.
6. In a new chat, type @ and pick Conecto.

- Custom MCP servers that take actions need ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu, on the web. On Pro, a custom MCP server connects for reading only.
- On Business, only an admin or owner can add a custom MCP server. On Enterprise and Edu, admins can let other members add one.

One for all 52 areas: https://api.conecto.chat/v1/mcp. You tick the areas ChatGPT may use when you sign in.

## Then ask

Each request is one tool call.

- "Book Rachel Kim in for the 11:30 bike fitting on Saturday the 24th. Her email is on her contact card." (`calendar_book`, $0.01)
- "How much do customers owe us, and how much of it is overdue?" (`invoices_summary`, free)

Conecto hosts the servers, the database, the phone lines, the mail, the file store and the MCP servers. Your agent only needs the address.
